INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
MUTLU DANCE ORGANIZATION AND TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY takes the highest level of security measures possible to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.
Our purpose is to inform you in the most transparent manner, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), about the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, the recipient groups to whom it is transferred, the legal grounds for processing, and your rights.
Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data is collected and processed by MUTLU DANCE ORGANIZATION AND TOURISM TRADE LIMITED COMPANY, acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
Through the website of Mutlu Dance Organization, personal data is collected from customers, potential customers, visitors, business partners, and suppliers in the following categories:
Identity information, contact information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, location information, click maps, page scroll maps, time spent on the website, long-term interest areas, approximate geographic origin, user traffic information, and marketing information.

Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected fully or partially by automatic means or by non-automatic means as part of a data recording system;
Directly by you or by persons authorized to act on your behalf; through applications made via contracted websites, Mutlu Dance Organization headquarters staff, institutions to which we provide or receive support services, real and/or legal persons with whom transactions are carried out under legislation or contracts, and through automatic systems (our website and social media accounts) in verbal, written, or electronic environments.
The data is collected based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law:

Rights of the Personal Data Subject under Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data subjects, when you submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods described below, Mutlu Dance Organization will finalize your request as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request.
No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages. For each page exceeding ten pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged. If the response is provided on a recording medium such as CD or flash drive, the fee requested will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
In this context, personal data subjects have the right to:

Learn whether personal data is processed,

Request information if personal data has been processed,

Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and request notification of such correction to third parties,

Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even if processed in accordance with the law, and request notification of such action to third parties,

Object to a result that is against the individual arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems,

Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
Application Procedure
Pursuant to Article 13/1 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356, you may submit your requests in Turkish and in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address previously notified to Mutlu Dance Organization and registered in our system.
Only information regarding the applicant will be provided; information about other family members or third parties cannot be obtained. Mutlu Dance Organization reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
Your application must include:
a) Your name, surname, and signature if the application is in writing,
b) For Turkish citizens, Turkish ID number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number, or ID number if available,
c) Address for service of notice or workplace address,
ç) If available, e-mail address, telephone, and fax number,
d) Subject of the request.
If applicable, relevant documents must be attached.

Providing complete and accurate information and documents necessary for identity verification is required depending on the nature of the request. Failure to do so may result in difficulties in properly processing the request. Mutlu Dance Organization reserves its legal rights in such cases.
Changes
This KVKK clarification text may be updated from time to time to comply with legal regulations, reflect changes in business processes, or provide better information to users. Any changes will be published and announced on this page.
Commercial Electronic Messages
Persons who have given consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Mutlu Dance Organization may withdraw this consent at any time without providing any justification, and refuse to be contacted regarding general or special campaigns, advantages, service promotions, advertisements, market research surveys, and other customer satisfaction practices.
Opt-out requests can be made via the channels mentioned above. Communications will be stopped within the legally prescribed maximum period (mandatory legal communications may continue).
How Can You Delete Your Membership Account?
To delete your membership account, simply send an e-mail stating your request to info@mutludanceorganization.com. Please remember to include your membership e-mail address, name, and surname.
